will call the Employer of the prospect to verify
employment information given by the prospect to
verify the information is correct. With this compilation
of information Hudson Properties can make an educated
guess as to the integrity of the Prospective tenant. |

After inspection,
Hudson has the tenant to sign a move in inspection
report as to the condition of the unit. It is difficult
to argue later that the condition is one other than
described in this report. Hudson Charges 10% of
the rental amount collected. |
| Annual
statement. |

A
the end of each tax year you will receive an annual
report that breaks down the annual income and expenses
for each individual rental unit. This statement
will be sorted and totaled ready to take to your
tax accountant. |
| Maintenance. |

Hudson Properties
has various contractors that specialize in preparing
rentals. Their rates are reasonable and turn around
time is short. |
